Onavira collaborates with local shipping companies such as DHL FedEx and Royal Mail to ensure your products are delivered directly to your home or through the postal service.
Payment is processed at the time of order, and all payments must be verified and approved before shipping. To prevent credit card fraud, orders containing incorrect billing information or requiring further verification may be delayed or canceled.
Delivery
We begin processing your order immediately after it is received; therefore, no changes (including address modifications) can be made. We deliver only to the address provided at checkout. You will be charged only for the ordered products, applicable shipping fees, and taxes.
After the shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.
We deliver only on business days — no shipments are made on Saturdays or holidays.
